CATCH SOME ZZZ's Essential Oil Blend

Blend of lavender, chamomile, and ylang ylang essential oil allows for a restful sleep.

How To Use:

• Diffuse oil by adding 10-15 drops oF MELT Catch Some ZZZ’s in your MELT Diffuser with water. Breath deeply.
• To use MELT Catch Some ZZZ’s Essential Oil topically, mix it well with a carrier oil of your choice such as Jojoba oil, Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, or Olive Oil. Always be sure to test a smaller area of skin. Rub this essential oil along with a carrier oil onto the soles of your feet before bedtime.
